The Louisiana State Senate recently honored K&B Industries with a Resolution recognizing our 50 years in business. The Resolution, read by Mike Fesi, Louisiana State Senator from District 20, began with the purpose of the resolution “To commend and congratulate Kenny Wood, Sr., and K&B Industries on their 50th anniversary.”

The Resolution, in its commendation, highlighted the fact that Kenny Sr. exemplifies “the spirit of entrepreneurship and dedication.” K&B’s “core values of entrepreneurship, faith, family, and integrity” were also noted as key factors guiding our company’s journey through five decades of growth and innovation.
The Resolution further underscored K&B Industries' remarkable growth to a team of “over 700 people across its four locations” under the leadership of our current president, Kenny Wood, Jr.
Concerning the State Senate Resolution, Kenny Sr. said, “K&B has always been a hardworking company, and I think that our growth and 50 years in business is a testament to its work ethic. I could not be any prouder of everyone who has worked here, along with those who are enabling our company to continue to move ahead today.”
In response to the Resolution and the company’s 50th Anniversary, Kenny, Jr, said, “I am proud to be part of both the past and future of K&B Industries, and I think that the values that made our company a great success story will continue to drive our growth and progress going forward.”
